Hey everyone! I just want to start off by saying thank you to all of my customers from this past year. I can't believe 2024 is already here, and we're already in February!๐ณ
My 2023 was a very busy year for me. I got married on September 9, and it was the absolute best day of my life! After our wedding, my husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at the dreamy Sandals Resort in Barbados.๐ด If you hadn't noticed, my shop was on a temporary pause while I was soaking up the sun in paradise.โ๏ธ After the wedding shenanigans ended, I finished up the year by staying busy at multiple craft shows and vendor markets!
I had set a new years resolution for this year to make a post on my small business social media platforms at least once a week, but I have clearly already broken my resolution. In January, I received unexpected news that the hospital I have worked at for almost 6 years, the hospital that I was even born at, would be closing at the end of March... Myself, along with over 1,400 workers, will soon be out of a job. The last couple weeks have been difficult, as I have been through a rollercoaster of emotions. As I continue to come to terms with reality, I have needed ways to stay busy and keep myself occupied!
I am happy to say that I have had more time to focus on my small business, and if you have been to my shop recently you might have noticed that I have added more inventory, with much more to come! In the next few weeks/months I will continue to add inventory so there will be more selections available to choose from. Remember, custom orders are ALWAYS welcome!
