This very dangerous disease can be transmitted to people as well. This is the time of the year when mice start looking for shelter indoors in our homes. 🐁

🐕 To see if your dog has been vaccinated for Lepto, login in to your pets portal on our PetHealth Network App today. 🐾 🐾

All dogs are at risk of leptospirosis, regardless of age, breed, lifestyle, geographic location, time of year, and other factors. The disease can be severe but vaccines are available to protect dogs from the potentially life-threatening disease. Talk to your vet and protect your pet!

Rabies has been confirmed in 2 racoon’s and a woodchuck in Westport, from last month.

Please be sure your pets are up to date on their Rabies vaccine.

The fastest way to check their status is to log onto out PetHealth Network App.

The Animal Rescue League of Boston’s Spay Waggin’ will once again be in Fall River to spay/neuter cats and dogs as part of an ongoing collaborative effort with ARL, the Massachusetts Animal Fund, and Fall River Animal Control. The voucher day will take place June 4th by appointment only. This

Pixie (now Livvy) was taken in by Fall River Animal Control, very pregnant and in need of an emergency c-section to save her life. Unfortunately, her puppies didn't survive but our friends at Fall River Animal Hospital treated her and we're proud to have funded her care. We're thrilled to hear that she's found a forever home! 💙🐾
