The horses are thoroughly enjoying themselves at Mother Cathy's perfect farm.

We ran back to the horse park to take in the amazing museum. Then watched the international liberty festival and became extremely inspired to add some new skills to GIF's bag of tricks. And then we venture to Churchill Downs (funny blond story....)

The day we have all been waiting for! It started a bit cold and wet but only for a short bit. Bronx was perfect, putting down his best dressage test yet, with the comments of (steady Eddie 😁) can you believe he's only 4!

King was absolutely sensational! I was starting to question my choice of going bridleless and ba****ck when I was hand walking him and he was quite excited but as the true professional he is when it came down to the wire he remembered his new career and gave it his all! He did take a quick break to look for cookies but who can blame him, Lol.

More pictures to come when we get the show photos. But what truly amazing horses we have!

Today was a RnR day for the makeover but with the tip championships our boys were still strutting their stuff, And doing amazing!

Kings Track owners came to watch him conquer the competitive trail.

Bronx's breeders came back to watch him compete again this time in dressage and he was foot perfect, even during the sound check for the concert, which back at the barn king was not a fan of.

Thankfully once the DariusRucker concert started the boys enjoyed the music back at the barn and out on a lovely hand walk in the evening. Such great music 🌟

We also had the wonderful awards dinner where king received his preliminary ribbon 5th place going into the finals. As well as reserve champion black stakes horse. Nikki and Bronx were super and received 9th place in the makeover Freestyle division as well as 2nd place amateur in this huge division!

We quickly helped clean up then went back to taking care of our boys so they are ready for tomorrow!

This is a bridge King had to do, and it roles! King was a total rock star! It was a bit wet so the grass was pretty slippery but he gave it his all and was super smart. He finished 19th out of 71
Bronks and Nikki had a blast doing their eventing. Bronks loves his new career♥️

King must be the national spokes horse for how amazing TBs are. Not only do we get stopped by at least 5 people every time we go on a hand walk asking if he was in fact thee Red King, but this week he has been amazing TB/ petting pony for all the families visiting the horse park from the camp ground. He's such a wonderful boy ♥️

The boys did schooling and were amazing!!!!

King started out thinking he was heading back to the track but quickly remembered our foundation and came back not only to be a working horse but help many people through the trail course! He led horses over the scary tarp, around the very plastic geese, etc. And put in lots of time dragging the log so horses that absolutely didn't want to get near it could sneak up and follow it.

Bronks thought for a second he was a wild boy but quickly remembered how to be the solid citizen he is.
