Hello all! We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative.

We are a mixed animal clinic out in the country. We are focused on quality care. We are the most experienced clinic in the area with 40 years in operation. Although we are in the country we are a fast-paced organization. We have an 8-doctor practice running 6 days a week. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e., administrative work, and general clerical support). Our CSRs are highly valued and integral to the patient care team.
The ideal applicant :
• Has prior experience
• Has excellent communication and client skills
• Must have compassion for animals and their owners
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Can multitask, pay attention to detail, prioritize, is organized, and work with little to no supervision
• Has computer skills
• Is available on weekends and some holidays.
The job entails:
• Greeting clients/answering calls
• Differentiating routine cases from emergency cases
• Client communication
• Entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer
• Generating invoices and processing patients

The portal can be accessed through our website or our online scheduling platform.
