🐾🎉 Big News from Dude’s Dog House! 🎉🐾

We are beyond thrilled and honored to share that we’ve received an award from The Arc of Northern Virginia! 🏆 This recognition is for our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where all abilities are celebrated! 🪐🚀

A huge thank you to our marketing manager - Olivia - for creating a special role that allows a young woman who is deaf and has developmental disabilities to shine. Olivia thoughtfully designed a position where she bathes our pups before their grooming sessions — a perfect fit for her unique talents! 💖

We couldn’t have done this without the collaboration and support of the Groomers Ed & Aidan. As well as Dude’s owners, Andy & Dan. Together, they helped facilitate the creation of this position, ensuring it was a supportive and empowering environment where everyone can thrive. We’re also incredibly proud of our team who has embraced learning American Sign Language (ASL), making communication easier and helping foster a culture of inclusivity and respect. 🙌

We are beyond appreciative to be part of such an inclusive community here in Falls Church. Thank you to The Arc of Northern Virginia for this beautiful honor! 🌟
