Chunky Monkey,

A rabbit full of personality that we will miss dearly. Chunky Monkey passed away peacefully, surrounded by her sister, Young Mag, and her mother, Maggie, at our Rabbitry on February 16, 2025. She is preceded in death by her father, Harley. Chunky Monkey was born on October 11, 2022. She was a bunny we never meant to keep, but when she wasn't adopted before I studied abroad, my mother fell in love with her and took care of Chunky Monkey. As her name fits, she was spoiled and loved. She became my mother’s rabbit. When we announced our closure, she remained one of the six we would keep until her last day (she was the youngest). Little did we know that day came sooner than we ever expected. She was nothing more than a pet. Chunky Monkey, you will be missed.

We have four Owner Surrenders available for adoption, and we want to find them new homes ASAP! We have two bucks and two does. The pictures are labeled with their genders. There is a pair of Holland Lops and Lionhead/Holland Lop mixed. The two mixes do not present the lion mane or the lop ears. These bunnies have been primarily outside but will make great inside pets! If interested in one or all four, please message us about the adoption process! We would love for them to find their new loving homes!

Meet Rhea! She was surrendered to our Rabbitry today due to no fault of her own at the beginning of November. Rhea was born at Dylan’s Rabbitry in 2022! She is a Red-Eyed White (REW) New Zealand Doe. She is still looking for her new adopted home to be loved and cared for. Per the surrender’s request, Rhea is only to be adopted as a pet! Meet Sparkles! She has been surrendered to Dylan’s Rabbitry twice due to no fault of her own! The first time was when she was an accidental litter, and her entire family was surrendered.

Now, she is back because she does not fit in with the colony where she was living. Sparkles was born on November 12, 2023, and is 3/4 New Zealand and 1/4 Flemish Giant. Her father was a purebred REW New Zealand, and her mother was a Sandy Flemish Giant New Zealand mix.

Sparkles has been approved to go to a loving breeder or pet owner, but not as a meat rabbit. She is a beautiful color and has a sweet temperament. Please get in touch with us today if you are interested in adopting her! We would love to get her to a new home, hopefully, a forever home, this time!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: 10/08/2024

After long conversations and discussions with the Lord, Dylan’s Rabbitry has made the difficult decision to close our doors. We have many aspirations in life, and despite our love for rabbits and the education surrounding them, we do not have the volunteers or the power/time to keep up with the ever-growing list of maintenance needed. It is with heavy heart as we approach our 10th Year Anniversary in January, that we make this decision.

EVERY RABBIT IS UP FOR ADOPTION AND NEEDS A LOVING HOME!

A litter with such diversity!

These bunnies were born on June 29, 2024, with 3 does and 2 bucks! Despite their mother being 75% Silver Fox and 25% New Zealand, their father is 50% Flemish Giant, 25% New Zealand, and 25% Rex! This litter has a mix of blue and brown eyes, two of which have Rex plush-like fur!

Incoming uniqueness!!!

Talk about a true mix… these bunnies have an interesting family heritage filled with love! Their father is a pureblood Silver Fix, whereas their mother is a true mix between Silver Fox, New Zealand, and Angora (hints as to why three of them are huge fluff balls)!! These bunnies are affectionate and love attention, but they still need some work when they get picked up. They do well once they are on your chest! They were born on July 1, 2024. There are 3 does and 2 bucks!

Cuteness overload!!!

If you are looking for a smaller pet, these four will serve your purpose! These bunnies are super friendly! They love your attention, but they still need some work to be picked up! They love to meet you at the cage door and get some rubbings! Their mother is a Mini Rex, and their father is a Netherland Dwarf! These four were born on June 28, 2024! Once again, we have a male-dominated litter with 3 bucks and 1 doe. The doe is the Blue female above the black male in the photo!

These four bunnies have a unique heritage! Their father is a purebred Flemish Giant, while their mother is 50% Flemish and 50% New Zealand. This makes them 75% Flemish Giant and 25% New Zealand! They showcase it, too—they are growing quickly! These four were born on June 30, 2024! This litter is male-dominated, with 3 bucks and 1 doe. The doe stands in the middle with black fur!
