Puppies are released at 8 weeks of age. 24 month guarantee on hips, elbows and eyes. Bellvale English Labradors are located in Fallston, Maryland. We have been breeding the very best of English Labradors since 1995. We breed to produce the finest puppies/dogs in temperament, conformation, disposition and health for families to enjoy and love. My puppies/dogs present the best representation of the
English Labrador in both the show ring and family homes as pets. We love our Labradors. All of our dogs are members of our family and live in our home. We raise our puppies to be a very special addition to every family they go to. We are very proud of the Labs we raise. Veterinarians often ask our buyers who their breeder is and we have many previous buyers who have come back for additional puppies. Puppies come with a Certificate of Health, first shots, and worming. Micro chipping available prior to purchase (extra) Puppies leave me with a 24 month guarantee (hips, elbows and eyes), first DHPP vaccine, wormed at 3, 4, 5 and 6 weeks with Safeguard Dewormer, copies of health guarantee, parents health records for OFA, Pedigree, Eye Cert., signed contract, collar, and a bag of VERUS feed. We ask that you spay/neuter your pet around 18 months of age and no later than 24 months of age. Any spay/neuter prior to 18 months will nullify the health guarantee. Current research: adolescent hormones present until reaching full stature (while in tact) contribute positively to overall health and development of joint, bone and connective tissue. Growth plates close after reaching adult size around 18 months of age. Puppies should have NO more than 5 minutes of exercise for each month of age, two times a day. ie: 5 month old puppy would have no more than 25 minutes walking twice a day and this should be decreased in larger breeds. As stated in your signed contract, we require assurance that no Bellvale Labrador Puppy/dog will ever be surrendered to a shelter or given away. We will gladly place them in a loving home, if needed at any future point. Dewclaws serve an important purpose, they should NOT be removed unless there is a very good reason to do so. Dewclaws help stabilize the carpal (wrist) joint. Dogs also use them to hold objects to better chew on them.
