My family of going through hell again and anxiety…trying to collectively come up with 1190…someone reached out to me here, someone known very well for helping ppl and donated to help me reach that goal. Though most of those fees with hopefully be removed come court time, that’s what they say i owe on the court papers. Thank you❤️😊❤️😊

Facing eviction once again…

Current Landlord has been denying my ESA since I submitted my ESA letter. End of November I was let go for reasons that she is not being truthful about. I told my landlord November and December rent might be tricky but I applied for some help.

Due to x boss withholding my end of employment verification notice from me or anyone’s request and withholding and altering my last four pay stubs which were hand written, I’ve been denied for everything. Retaliation for filling for unemployment.

I decided to postpone surgery again after my landlord i think saw opportunity to evict us and in turn not have to accept my ESAs, and started again looking for work.

I owe $179 for the two months I’ve been struggling with my medical condition and loss of employment and denial of benefits. Right after I let them know about my job loss, they assessed $250 in late fees and a $500 unauthorized pet fee knowing it will be pretty difficult to Come up with an extra $750 with my current situation. Which would lead us to court to eviction.

They gave me about a week to come up with that extra.

Facing eviction again. I’m a tired of it

Friday I was fired. I'm a hard worker. Due to my bleeding disorder, which she was aware of when I was hired, I tend to be running a few minutes late. Monday was going to be my first day with a new schedule change, so I was marked points for attendance. She has, now only 3 employees. Almost every week on payday, it is late or she switched to writing us paper checks. All the equipment is from Temu and is difficult to work with. She also posts freely about how she sells hella amounts of w**d. She puts us down daily. tried to make herself sound superior to us and business like and never has a kind comment, only negativity. She is getting lots of work and not taking the business seriously, almost like a cover up shop and it has felt shady since get-go, but, it was a decent paycheck. I was due my last check on Friday, she is vacationing or whatever in Hawaii. She tells us she mailed them from Hawaii and the office girl was to be getting them at their po box to distribute. no checks. and blaming her 3 employees for the mess up and none of us have any pay yet and she wont even respond because "she is on vacation." No one wants to push the subject or ask questions in fear of being put down or fired. The 4 employees incuding me are very hard workers and we do dep cleans and move out cleanings and quickly. So, with all this being said, I need work. I love deep cleaning or any cleaning and am very good and fast. I have many years of experience, all types of cleaning including commercial and construction and I have supplies of my own to be able to start right away. If anyone has any cleaning projects or move outs, spring cleaning (winter), one time cleaning maybe for family coming in for the holidays...i can help! PM me if you need any cleaning jobs done, I'm trying to stay positive that i can still provide a decent Xmas this year to my family and not to mention my bills are starting to get past due.

OG Wh**ey passed last week, unexpectedly. I’m like in a confused state. Denial. So sad. Now I’m worried for his cage mate Red. I love these guys. Maybe I didn’t do something right, maybe I missed something. I’m mad at myself. 😔😖
