This is Petey, a 7 ish yr old mix breed. He has spent most of his life on a chain, and that needs to change. He needs a new home, or even a foster home. He will need to be neutered, and probably house trained. He seems to be kind to other dogs and kiddos. Can you help? WE have a $100 donation to go towards his neutering.
