The Snow is Here! Just a reminder of our policies in the event of winter storms.

With colder weather settling in, there may be days when our operating hours here at South Bark are adjusted. This may include opening late, closing early, or being closed entirely for the day.
We will do our best to notify customers ahead of time, but we do ask that everyone please be aware of any dangerous weather forecasts. A good rule of thumb is keeping an eye on what local schools, universities, and businesses are doing about their hours. We will likely follow similar hours as them in the event of severe winter storms.

If we do end up closing early, customers are responsible for picking up their dogs by the set closure time. Any dogs left remaining by the set closure time will be boarded overnight at their owner’s expense. If a customer does have an issue with not being able to pick up their dog, we strongly advise them to keep their dogs at home on days of incoming winter storms.

For our grooming customers, we will give you a call if any appointments need to be rescheduled. We will do our best to get any appointments rescheduled within a week from the original date. Just note that any pushed back appointments may take longer due to the likelihood of being accommodated into a groomer’s already scheduled day.

While we do love seeing your dogs every day, knowing that they are safe and warm at home is a top priority when the weather takes a nasty turn.

Daycare is SOLD OUT this upcoming week except for a few remaining spots on Monday.
Just a reminder that we will be closed on Thursday and will have limited hours on Friday.
We hope everyone enjoys a warm Thanksgiving surrounded by family and friends. To those that will have their dogs boarding with us next week, our staff will make sure your dogs are nice and cozy here.

You can add a lick mat to any of your dogs time spent here for $4 whether it is for daycare during rest time, boarding for a bedtime treat, or even if they are visiting for grooming services while getting pampered! 🐾🥰
