Recently we had a young patient at the clinic diagnosed with Swimmer's Syndrome. Swimmer's Syndrome is a developmental condition that causes the legs of newborn animals to splat sideways.

Treatment includes a rigorous routine of physical therapy and placing support on the limbs to help them begin to grow correctly.

We are thrilled that this little puppy made a full recovery and is a happy growing golden. He is the brother to the new puppy taken in by one of our veterinary technicians.
