Barbara (white/tabby), Howard (black tabby) and Sarah (long haired tabby with white socks) will be ready for adoption in a few weeks! In rescue, there are highs and lows. Do you see this boy’s face? This was a tough day. Charlie and Leo’s owner returned them because a family member became allergic after three years of owning the brothers.

So Charlie and Leo watched their mom walk away and now they are at Petco in Hampton Bays praying someone wants to adopt them and never let them go.

They are super sweet and are shy when getting to know new people. Please consider giving them a second chance at happiness.

They are three years old.

**ANN NEEDS A NEW HOME**
Ann #2-437, female. Arrived 8/3/2022 at 2-4 years old.
Felv/FIV negative, current on vaccinations and parasite prevention, altered and microchipped.
We took Ann in several days after the members of her home were evicted from the home. We knew she had been left behind without a food source any longer. Ann easily and hungrily came with us to the shelter. Ann now happily resides in our colony room with several other cats. She can transition into a home with the space she needs to get comfortable. Ann can thrive in a home where she can decompress, acclimate, and learn at her terms!!!

* Teens at Half Hollow Hills Community Library created mini adoption boards in Theresa's Programs “Have Pets, Will Travel” class. They used an adventure theme, lots of pictures of adoptable animals and their own designs. We hope these special pieces of art will bring them luck! The new adopter will receive it when they welcome their new family member.
