Our whole goal is your canine can come and play with other canines. Some dont play at all and they just want to lounge so let em lounge. Some want to just come and hang out so Let them hang out. We are their home away from home. And we do all that we can to make every groom a fun groom.

Happy Wednesday ( it’s hump day y’all). It’s Marcie’s favorite day ❤️❤️🐾.
I’m hopping on here to let everybody know things will be changing periodically at the salon.
We’re doing a little bit of reset on the setup of PP&KT! So, productivity will flow easier for our clients while in our care. It’ll be an adjustment for sure. But, we assure our pet owners it’ll be even nicer for our clientele. They will love it.

Good morning PP&KT Family!
This will be long so grab a snack & something to drink lol 😁.
Some have noticed we have been very quiet on social media for the past year. And let me tell y’all it’s been a roller coaster of emotions. Blood sweat and tears Is what it’s been. I have finally in my career formed a plan to where I’m headed and to where my team and my business is headed.
With my financial advisors help along with my accountant and my team we have built a policy and a procedure that helps the business run smoothly. And the financial part of it is where the business should be financially. And my team can financially be stable in their lives, and they are not overworked and underpaid, and they are loving what their career is bringing to their lives. They are able to learn more with less stress. And with more confidence in themselves.. And I am so proud to be a part of seeing this business grow.
So, now with the business able to grow I am able to grow as well. I will be back at the computer trying to get ( along with other groomers ) an Association built with professional groomers in the state Of New Mexico. This will intel some policies that groomers in the state must have before opening a pet grooming business. I’m so honored to be helping with this. And help with the grooming industry in our state.
Another change is. I (Marcie)have recently added a part time grooming position. This team member will be filling in for groomers/bathers days off. This team member will also be training/apprenticing under my IPG instructors certification. The team is also excited because it will alleviate stress when one of our team members need the day off. It will also help with overflow in the business.
So, for now I will leave one last exciting change. I ( Marcie ) have decided to take individual students. This student will learn under my direction the proper bathing and grooming techniques safely.
