Therapeutic horsemanship is:
A non verbal child saying their first word when asking which horse they want to ride.
Watching a child go from walking with braces to mounting a horse on their own.
Witnessing a someone who was too afraid to touch a horse in the beginning to riding with confidence.
Seeing clients interact with each other when in the beginning they were too shy to even speak.
Watching the anxiety and tension leave their body the moment they touch their horse.
And so much more!
This is just a tiny taste of what we witness on a daily basis here at The STABLEs. Little victories to major victories, it doesn’t matter the size. They are all amazing to witness and be a part of.
