Easy Electrolyte Tea
1 quart liquid- herbal tea, coconut water,plain water
1/8-1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 cup juice - or dried fruit to infuse overnight
OR 1/2 cup of your favorite fresh fruit
(Optional)
1-2 tsp sweetener honey or stevia (optional)
Lasts about 4 days refrigerated

For all my loyal customers I have some news. I will relocating out of state and will have one last day at Mrs. Brake's Spices Etc. Hopefully by the end of June I will have my website up which I will announce here with a link. However, until then please feel free to contact either myself or Karen at the shop and place orders.
