Things to know BEFORE calling the Good Guy to help you get the best service:

1. Know the brand of your appliance
2. Know the model number (this is almost always found on a sticker inside the door of your appliance)
3. Be prepared to give a brief description of the issue that you're having. This info helps in pre-diagnosing your appliance, and getting the Good Guy on the road!

*If you get the answering machine when calling, please leave your name, address, and phone number. You may alternatively text the information above to the Good Guy Appliance number.* Tory receives a LOT of phone calls every day, and making them as efficient as possible helps him get to as many customers as he can.

Tory is still heading out each morning to fix your appliances. Gloves and face masks have been added to his day and he’s still asking that if anyone is sick in the household, please let him know. He’s working hard to stay healthy and keep his family and community safe so he can continue to fix your “essential” appliances!

Hi Everyone!
The Good Guy will, for the time being, still fix your stuff. We know how important it is, now more than ever, that your appliances are working. However, in order to keep the community safe we ask that you let him know if there is anyone sick in your household. Tory will be asking when you call, so please be honest. If he arrives and there is anyone coughing excessively, or obviously ill he will leave, and you will still be charged the service call. Tory will be doing everything he can with hand washing and gloves and hand sanitizer, to stop the spread of germs. Please help him protect his community, himself, and his family by being honest about illness in your household. We're all in this together!
