We would like to Give a Public Apology. We fully admit that there were some mistakes made while Remi was in training with us that in the end lead to him having health problems that required him to be seen by a vet and the problems corrected. Actions to correct my mistakes were started the day the owner picked him up. It was agreed up in text that we will be covering all vet bills associated with our mistakes and the training fee would be refunded to ensure the owner is not having to be financially burdened by my mistakes. I am truly sorry and i have already started implementing multiple changes to ensure the mistakes can never be made again and that the communication between us and our clients will be almost daily. All other dogs in our kennel are healthy and are showing no problems at all. We have heard that a few past clients have posted some complaints about our services and if any of those past clients would like to contact us we would like to hear the issues you had and see if there is any way we can make it right with yal. Again I’m truly sorry that has happened and will work diligently to ensure something like this never happens again with us.
