When Rudy feels safe and happy, he comes out of his shell and accepts chin rubs, belly rubs, and general affection while purring away and making endless biscuits. They are declawed.

Madison adopted Mac (formerly Malcom) from Whiskers in April of 2024! Read her and Mac’s story: “this giant fluffy boy is Mac, formerly Malcolm. I adopted him from Whiskers April 8, 2024. Since adopting Mac, he has instantly brought love and entertainment. Mac has several nicknames - Mac Attack, Big Mac from Mcdonald’s, Mr Fluff. He has the biggest personality and can’t decide if he wants to be a cat or dog most days. He would play fetch or with water all day and night if he was allowed. On Mac’s first birthday we adopted him a brother as we could tell he wanted to play more than his sister would. The top picture is of Fez, his orange brother. Mac instantly wanted to play with him and they were bonded within a week of knowing each other. It was so hard to keep them separated once we got Fez! Now Mac is the best little and big brother!! He has developed the most beautiful fur and is the smartest kitty ever ☺️☺️☺️“

Scroll to find out some of the general information on bird flu and a current map of cases! You can already see on the map that NWA is, in a way, surrounded by avian influenza.

As many know, NWA is where lots of chickens are bred and raised due to meat production companies in our area! This means a larger outbreak would make our area extra susceptible.

The easiest way to keep your cat safe is keeping him or her inside at all times!

We are eternally grateful to CO-OP for having us! We won’t have flowers this time since its too cold for them to grow, but we will have lots of kitties!
