Saturday, January 11th we are open BY APPT only aka boarding drop off and pick up only.

Your dog wants to stay at home and play in the snow followed by a movie next to the fire …. not get a haircut! I may even do that, too!

We are closed for grooming & daycare today but are open by appt for boarding… so iykyk!

Can’t wait to take some awesome pics of the dog yard with all the dogs … may even have them pull me on a sled!

Meet Buddy! He has been coming here with his cat sibling (Cricket) ever since we purchased this place back in Nov 2022.

He used to board where the bath house is now … but he much prefers the Dog House will all the awesome amenities!

Dogs love us … so will you!

Happy New Year! We have been working too hard to post (lies 😉) and hope you enjoy the improvements you see next time you stop by your pet’s Country Club.

3 problems we tackled over Christmas Break:

1.) Lobby + Store: the store should almost be complete on Monday and you’ll notice our lobby looks a little different 😎😀 We have lots of pictures, a tv showing our facilities, pricing info and so much more now! (by Monday!)

2.) Entrance to the Dog House: Daycare and boarding dogs will soon cut out the middle man - stay tuned! This is complete, we just need some of our A Team members back from Winter Break in order to do this right.

3.) Jill’s replacement. Jill has one more week left (she got a real job, woo!) and we think we found the perfect person to take her spot.

HARD lobby hours today: 8am-2pm and 5pm-6pm. I have to go get the rest of the Christmas presents for the dogs and the only time to do that is 2pm-5pm so we are CLOSED.

Thanks mom for the 3 foot long charcuterie! Have fun on vacation! We will take good care of the dogs 😎

Reminder that these are our hours for NON MEMBERS. If you are a pampered pooch you know your hours 😎😎😎

We will give any regular a dog bath tomorrow so their dog is perfect for Christmas … anyone else u are out of luck and see u next year!

After we get done bathing all the dogs I’ll post all the cute pics!

Meet King! King has been coming to Rover Oaks ever since my family purchased this place in a foreclosure auction in November 2022.

My parents have brought their dogs here for as long as I’ve been in Arkansas (they will be up to 5 in 2 weeks😂.) One day mom came home and said “we need to buy & save Rover Oaks (and make a little money😉)” - and that’s what we did. (True Story) Mom is so smart. You can blame her for making me go crazy about dogs 😂

King boarded in Dec 2022 (picture of him on the cement) when Rover Oaks charged $25 a dog and you were boarded in a wire kennel where the bath house is … the old owner lived in what we now we call the “Dog House” and where we built the suites for the dogs. Not much space or even grass for the boarding dogs.

It’s taken some time, hard work and lots of patience / but I think in 2025 we will really have the Country Club that your dog deserves. Look how happy King is!

King lives for this place and loves his new yard… so will you!
