However, closings will continue until we find two additional volunteers. We really need some help!

-Must be dependable, computer savvy, friendly and willing to follow non-profit policy.
-Must be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays ~10 AM - 2 PM

Unfortunately, we are short on volunteers. One of our volunteers just had surgery and we just don't have a lot of extra help. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!

How is your Wednesday going? I would say that ours is going EXTREMELY well thanks to all of the AMAZING folks over at On-After Pub & Grub and H8ters

We are literally BLOWN away by the kindness and generosity from Bear, his staff, and all of the wonderful patrons that donated pet food. Look at that massive haul! Our jaws literally dropped and our eyes filled with tears when we saw this! It could NOT have come at a better time. Our dry pet food supply, which is most requested by the families that come to us for help, was nearly depleted. This is SUCH a blessing!

It is because of YOU that the pets we help on a weekly basis will have happy, full bellies.

Our latest Mercy Mission, just in time for Christmas! Say hello to Angela and her rescued kitties, Lily and Mihai, sister and brother. Aren't they just the CUTEST?! Santa came early for this dynamic duo by landing them their very own warm, loving furever home. Our holiday wish is for ALL animals to experience this kind of love!

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Wednesday, November 22, will be the last day this year for spay and neuter applications.

We are getting ready for our "Big Fix Family Christmas". We had to downsize this year but we still plan to have Christmas for the families that we help on a regular basis at our Big Fix food pantry. Those families will have a special written invitation. We will start giving out the invitations on Wednesday, November 22. Our guest list is made from our food pantry files.

Once again, special thanks to ALL the wonderful retailers and friends who make it all possible. We could not do this without YOU!

One of our adorable unicorn baby chairs went home with this pretty lady this week! She is expecting a baby girl any day now. Her little one is going to start out her life in STYLE thanks to our good friends at Walmart. They donate so many wonderful treasures to our organization. These unicorn chairs have brought so much joy to so many people!

A huge THANKS to each and every retailer that supports our mission and helps brings smiles to these families faces each and every week. THANK YOU!

We will be unable to accept any spay and neuter applications tomorrow, Wednesday, June 21. Our internet service at the office is down and we are unsure when it will be restored. So sorry for the inconvenience! Hopefully we will be up and running soon!

Thankfully, we will still be helping with food - both human and pet.

We are VERY, VERY limited on pet food. The need is critical. If you would like to donate some pet food, please contact us ASAP!

WE WILL BE CLOSED WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14!

We need a few dependable, dedicated volunteers for help with our spay and neuter applications and food pantry. Must be reliable and good with people. Our spay and neuter applications are done on tablets so being technology savvy is a MUST!

It takes a lot of volunteers to provide the life-saving programs that we offer.

We are also in DESPERATE need of pet food. The need is CRITICAL as donations just aren't coming in. So many hungry animals and so little food to go around.

We rescue the whole family. ❤

PET FOOD CRISIS AT BIG FIX

We are struggling to keep up with the growing demand for pet food since most of the pandemic supplemental funding has dried up.

We are VERY short on cat food and don't have much left. So, once again, we are asking our friends and supporters to please donate pet food so we can continue helping fill those food bowls for hungry animals.

We also really need dry food for small dogs. Many of our Big Fix dogs are old - some have bad teeth; it's very hard for them to eat the big chunks without choking or difficulty. Pedigree for small dogs is perfect!

Small or medium sized Milkbones would be perfect treats. (who doesn't love a little treat every once in awhile?!) No rawhide, please.

Any pet food donations at all would be MUCH appreciated.

Special thanks to Walmart for donating these unicorn flip-out chairs. They are absolutely ADORABLE! Every young child takes one home!!!!
