You smiled with your eyes, laughed with your tail and loved with your heart.

Pippa we will miss you so much.

Here is to the rubber duck loving, blanket spinning, sweet goofy girl who brought so much joy to everyone she met.

I am honored to have been her groomer, vacation mom and friend. Thank you Kim for all of the great memories with her. She has such a special place in our hearts.

I wanted to make a post for the life of a special pup named Otis.

I have dedicated my grooming career to ensuring every pet is met with the utmost patience, kindness and understanding each of their unique needs. I build trust and confidence and give all pets a safe and happy place to be. This time though a special pup came along that had the ability to do the same for me.

Many of you already know I have a child with disabilities. You may have had your pets leash returned to you by him or received his famous high-five! When he was younger he had an extreme fear of dogs. Specifically, black dogs he was absolutely terrified of.

One day he met Mr. Otis. A sweet, energetic, handsome large black dog with a love of tennis balls. Up to that point my son would have had a melt down just knowing was here. Otis approached my son, with the permission and encouragement of his wonderful owner of course. He was patient and kind. He had a love and understanding in his eyes that my son could feel. My son actually reached down and pet Otis! Otis looked so proud that he convinced my son to love on him and my kiddo was all smiles.

That one special pup in that one special moment changed the course of my son's life. Otis taught my son feel confident and to trust more and that the shop was a safe and happy place. All of the love and patience I give to my clients felt like it came full circle that day.

Otis fell ill recently and his life came to a close. The world has lost one of the best boys but he left a legacy in our lives that we will never forget. I am proud to have been his groomer and thankful I had the opportunity for him to have been in my life.

Kindness, love and patience can change the course of lives and bring so much confidence and joy to others.
