SUPER sweetheart! A very loving little girl

Meet our sweet girl Dream. She is 1-year-old, heartworm negative, and a mere 31 pounds. She came to us as a surrender along with another dog. The owner can no longer take care of them.
Sweet little Dream is shy at first but she warms right up. And, once she sees you are there to give her love she melts in your arms.
Dream waits at the front of her kennel door hoping for some love and attention. She welcomed me into her space to get to know her better. She climbed right into my lap for some love and pets.
Dream is super sweet and very loving. She gives the best hugs and likes to be carried around on your hip just like a little baby.
This sweet girl is absolutely full of love and all she really wants is for someone to love her back. She is not needy by any means, but just a great loving little girl.
Dream walked well on leash, sat very nicely for treats, and took them ever so gently from my hand. She went potty right away when taken out to the play yard and she enjoyed the little break from her kennel while outside. She is curious about everything but oh so calm. This sweetheart would love to have a home and a family to love.

SCRAPPY is a 1 year old cattle dog mix. He is suffering from an undiagnosed skin issue. We performed a skin scrape but did not see any evidence of demodex. He was given Bravecto which will treat both most common types of mange.

BANDIT is 12 years old and heartworm negative. He was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) and Spondylosis. These are age-related degenerative conditions that could likely progress but can be managed with proper veterinary care. Bandit is a sweet older guy but is very scared in the shelter environment.

Welcome Sq**rt. He’s a 1 year old American Bulldog mix. He was found wandering near Smith Rd and was brought to the shelter. Sadly no one has come looking for him.
Sq**rt has the kennel by the door. He has a short walk outside. But, he has lots of activity outside his kennel. He watches all the doggies pass by and the people. He hopes you stop to say hello and take him outside.
Sq**rt was playful outside. He ran after balls and sniffed all the scents. He was curious about his surroundings and all he saw and heard. He is searching/looking for a family and hopes you come soon.
Sq**rt welcomed love and affection. He wants a family that will cherish and spoil him.
There was much to explore outside and Sq**rt was attentive to that. Inside his kennel he sat for his pictures and treats. He’s hoping his forever family sees his picture and comes to visit him. HERO needs a HERO 🦸 (501c3 rescue only)

Hero is a typical nippy chihuahua. He is 7 years old and heartworm negative. Hero is rescue only because he bit his owner when she picked him up. After spending some time with Hero, we think he’s a bit “possessive” of his belongings. He will nip and act out if you try to touch his treats or toys. Hero appears to be dog friendly.

These sad puppies were surrendered to our shelter with 26 of their furry family members. They are terrified. When they aren’t frozen on their beds..they can be found hiding under the bed. They need lots of socialization and the shelter is not the best place for them. Can anyone help? Our shelter is busting at the seams and large dog adoption fees are waived.

RESCUED!

Bailey is 3 years old, heartworm negative and appears to be dog friendly. She is rescue only because she nipped a 2 year old, barely breaking skin and the wound did not bleed. Bailey’s family isn’t exactly sure why this happened as no one witnessed the incident, but they felt that it was unsafe to keep Bailey around their child. They mentioned that Bailey is housebroken and was great with their older children.
