So many dog owners enroll their dogs into a board and train and then struggle when the dog comes home. It's difficult because while they are gone, the owner doesn't see the good days and the bad days like they would in one on one training. Don't get me wrong, board and trains are great for owners with a lot going on or just not the train themselves types.. but we often forget that training is ongoing and doesn't stop at pick up. The follow ups are super important. Ask questions, get involved, do your homework.. we are here for you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

Finding a dog trainer can sometimes be difficult especially when there are so many in your area. How do you decide which one to choose?
1. Check out their website, look at what they offer and read their bio. Stay away from anyone "self trained", how can they expect to hold their clients accountable when no one has ever held them.
2. Look at their social media and see what they post. How many dogs have they trained? Are the clients happy in their photos? Do they show their work?
3. Look at their reviews, good and bad speaks to who they are and what you can expect.
Don't look for the cheapest, you want to get the most for your investment. Trainers will little to no experience charge very little and so do the ones that are hardly getting clients. A reputable trainer is WORTH IT.
