Given the current circumstances, please let us know if you would like to have our chili supper tomorrow or if you would prefer to just pick up awards from Heather or when playdays start. We just don't want to have our volunteers make food if people prefer to stay home. We will need to hear from you and make a decision quickly. Please provide your current RSVP status by this evening so we can determine if we proceed as planned for tomorrow night.

AWARDS BANQUET will be held Friday, March 13th at 7:00 pm in Thompson Hall at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

This will be our traditional chili supper with chili, fixings and drinks provided. Desserts will be potluck, so please bring something sweet!

Please RSVP below with your family headcount so that we can plan accordingly.

Saddle drawing!

Following the rules, each person that attends half gets one chance. For every additional playday attended they get an additional chance.

We were able to have 4 playdays. Members got 1 chance for attending 2 playdays and an additional chance for attending 3, and an additional chance for attending 4. Maximum of 4 total chances.

Our winner this year was Braxton Blankenship! Congrats!

We are excited to give all members that participated a buckle this year as the rain made it very difficult for scheduling. Once I have the names, I can submit to the manufacturer and receive a turn around time. Then we can schedule our awards banquet!

Good Morning y'all!
Howard has assessed the arena and has been working hard to get it in shape. We all know despite the work that has been done, it still holds water and we have had record breaking rain the last few weeks. This morning with the rain it looks like we need 4-5 hot dry days to get it back in shape. Not looking like Friday is going to work. Thank you for your patience with us. We will work on some dates to try to have some make ups. See you next time!

Unfortunately we will not have the playday tomorrow night. We have several members who have make-up baseball, t-ball and softball games from all of the rain. We know of 6+ kids and their parents who do the arena work and time keeping that will be gone tomorrow for ball. We look forward to seeing you all soon!!!

Dr. Karen Sherman at Oak View Animal clinic in Pea Ridge Ar, is hosting a Coggins clinic this Saturday April 27th at 11 am. She is currently printing a flyer, will post it as soon as it's available, her normal prices are VERY affordable, so if you are still needing Coggins pulled, this is the clinic to attend. We start playdays next month, coggins will be checked!

If you plan on attending the clinic, message Kayla Lester, she will send you the info sheet to fill out prior to the clinic. You can email it back to Oak View to make this as quick and painless as possible! Thank you guys!

Hey everyone, as you all know playdays start next month!! 😀 As you know a negative coggins is required and will be checked at the playdays!
I'm sure many of you are ahead of the game and already have this year's coggins taken care of, however if you do not, this may interest you.

Many places are having or have had clinics. Oak View Animal clinic in Pea Ridge, ark normally doesn't host a Coggins clinic, however we talked to Dr. Sherman today at their small animal vaccination clinic today and she said if we get enough horses (12-15) to commit to attending the clinic she would host one. Her coggins prices are very, VERY fair.
So if there is anyone still needing coggins done and may be interested in attending this clinic or just want more info, give us a shout. You can message us on here, but a faster response may to text or call Kayla Lester 417-669-3918.
