People often ask why I push myself so hard, why I seem to work my life away. What they don't see is the past—the days when I didn't have a dollar to my name. I remember searching through couch cushions for change to buy a pack of Ramen noodles, with bills piling up and no food stamps left. I slept on the floor with just a bag of clothes, relying on my parents for anything to eat. I was the definition of a high school dropout, working full-time at McDonald's, partying, and on a path to nowhere.

Some say I'm lucky, but they didn't witness the nights I worked until dawn or the life events I missed. For too long, I allowed others' opinions to shape my reality. Only when I silenced those voices and listened to my own did I begin to chase my dreams.

Inside each of us is a voice yearning for greatness. A powerful book, "The Alchemist," opened my eyes to the realization that everything I've endured has prepared me for today.

No matter where you are, you can achieve more. I'm living proof that anything is possible. It's the sacrifices you're willing to make and the determination to change your current situation that will define you.

🌟 Our plan for this year! 🌟

I've received a ton of messages over the past few months asking when I'll be back on the road for shows. This year, my focus is shifting towards growth and development right here at home. While I’ve loved attending over 35 shows last year and connecting with our amazing community, balancing my personal life is essential.

I’ll be downsizing and relocating, with an eye on expanding within the state. There are a few out-of-town shows I’m still keen to attend, particularly in August, September, and October, but I’m prioritizing time with my wife and ensuring I can meet all your needs.

I’m thrilled to share that our new mice are starting to have babies! 🐭 Thank you for your support as we embark on this journey together. Here’s to a year of growth, balance, and exciting new beginnings! 🚀✨

🌟 Reflecting on over a decade in this industry, I’ve seen countless people come and go for one reason or another. One truth stands out: a person’s character ultimately reveals itself through their actions and how they operate their business. The dishonest and poor leaders may thrive temporarily, but they inevitably face the consequences of their choices.

We will always be transparent and do right by our customers, even at the cost of ourselves. Years ago, when we faced issues with rodents and health concerns, I shut down operations for a whole month, and I would do it again if there was something to worry about. Our motto has always been and will always be: animals' health over our wealth. We are committed to striving for our community—whether it’s showing up at meetings when laws are being decided or giving up our days to ensure you have food delivered to your door. We will continue to provide the best quality feeders and reptiles.

🌼🐝 Excited to share my plans for next year! While some neighbors might see my backyard as a bit of an "obnoxious site," I’m all in for creating a little paradise for our native bee population. 🌿✨

I believe in letting nature do its thing, so I’ll be covering half my yard with beautiful wildflowers and letting the weeds grow tall. Dandelions? No sprays here! Just doing my part to support our city bees and create a buzzing haven. 🐝💚
