🌟 Shout out to Western Animal Clinic in Wheat Ridge! 🦎 As a responsible reptile owner, I understand the importance of having an emergency fund ready for those unexpected vet bills. Our scaly friends depend on us, and sometimes that means dropping everything to rush them to the vet when they need us most. Lucky for me I noticed this girl has a ri from the cold wall behind her cage. I’ve put an insulated board up to protect her in the future and she is in the incubator to help boost her immune response. Everyone else is doing great!

I would do absolutely anything to ensure these reptiles are safe and healthy; they truly are my world! 🐍❤️ Let's make sure we're all prepared to give them the care they deserve.

🚨Feeder Operation update🚨

I just want to let you all know that the rodents are cranking out; I'm just waiting for the larger ones to catch up. I’m adding more grow-up tubs for breeder rats to counteract the wait time. Hopefully, if I add another two racks of breeders, which is around 700 moms, that will allow me to have them producing by the time they hit the production floor. I do not foresee a shortage of medium-sized rodents moving forward, as I’ve cracked the key to successful breeding during winter: massive ventilation, even at the cost of temperature. I literally had to buy more breeder tubs to keep my shelves from being overrun. I’m on the verge of having to cull some animals, which has historically been impossible going into December. Now, I need to tackle the mice.

I am planning to downsize my reptile operation to refocus my energy on improving the quality of mouse production. I’m going to do whatever it takes to get this going, even if it means driving 20 hours to pick up 1,000 moms.

Just bear with me; I will get this taken care of. I appreciate your continued understanding and want you to know that I have taken significant action to correct this.

I wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving, and I will see y at the next show or delivery

I'm a firm believer that doing good things will bring good things your way. Last night, I struggled with the thought of why identity theft would happen to me despite all the good I try to do. Is it just a situation where life happens and things go wrong? I don't want to believe that. I woke up this morning to find that money had been wiped from my account, and thankfully, I won't have to go through the hassle of disputing anything. I always try to find the good in a bad situation. One thing I'm thankful for is that it happened to me and not an elderly person, as they may not have caught it and would have just gone along with it. I’m extremely grateful for all the support I have from you in this journey.

I am truly thankful for every single client I have, from those who buy feeders to those who support us by purchasing animals. I genuinely appreciate this. I used to be labeled a burnout, someone who wouldn’t amount to anything and was considered a burden on society. Even one point plagued with thoughts of su***de but always knew that was the easy way out and it can’t get worse than what I’m facing right now that’s causing me to think about that right? Today, I stand before you as a pillar in our community.

From the bottom of an average man’s heart, who was once told he was nothing, thank you. Thank you for making this all possible. I will continue to do everything I can to never disappoint this industry and to ensure I never tarnish what we do. I take great pride in transparency. I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and hope that you navigate through this challenging economy and laws proposals. Remember, if you ever need anything or require assistance, don’t hesitate to ask. It’s not just the change you make, but the impact you have on someone’s life that truly matters.

🌟 Hey everyone! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my plans regarding reptiles, so I wanted to clarify. I’m not getting out of the game; instead, I’m looking to diversify my collection and downsize to stay within PACFA’s limits. Currently, I have 340 snakes there limit is 400, my goal is to maintain breeders under the limit with room for the babies they make, focusing on a few key species like reticulated pythons, Burmese pythons, anacondas, monitors, and others you don’t see at expos.

This transition will help me manage my facility better, but it does come with some challenges. If I exceed the threshold, I might face stringent regulations, especially concerning enclosure sizes for species like monitors and big snakes—requirements that even zoos struggle with!

If licensing becomes necessary, I may have to relocate my larger animals to a state with fewer restrictions, where I can create plan to make spacious enclosures for them anyway, it’s always been my goal of 8x8 rooms for them. It’s frustrating to think about moving again just to avoid potential legal issues, especially since I came to Colorado for the freedom to be myself.

My biggest concern is maintaining the health of my collection and preventing the introduction of diseases like Nido or crypto as they do not practice bio security the go freely going from facility to facility. I appreciate your understanding and support as I navigate these changes! 🐍💚
