A wonderful gift from a client today. This is the statue of The Gentle Doctor, the symbol of the Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine. It depicts a veterinarian gently holding a sick puppy, with the worried mother looking on from below. There is a life sized bronze statue of this at the student entrance to the Vet school in Ames, Iowa. It is the veterinarian we all strive to be. Thank you, Barb, it will be treasured and we greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Fridays are always busy, but Dr. Tom was able to get Stella's C-section done. She had only 1 puppy and he was huge (1.63 #). It's always a good day to see a new puppy! It makes for wild, crazy and sometime overwhelming days, but we love what do!

I Just need to thank Fennimore Veterinary Clinic LLC for coming in clutch today and saving me from a visit to our extremely expensive ER Vet and performing a C section on Stella, even though she wasn't a pre- existing Client. They were AMAZING!
I am so grateful and blessed by their Staff & their kindness. I will sing their praises for as long as I live! THANK YOU!

This little chunk is the biggest puppy I ever had and He's got lungs that work GREAT! ;)

I'm still nervous for him, as these first few days are always sooooo critical.
But, he's awesome and we are thanking God for our little addition.
