Well....I received a notice today that this page is violating Metas trademark rights. I have no clue why but they have chosen to delete the page unless I file complaint. Unfortunately I am not able to file complaint because when my personal account was h*cked 2 yrs ago, they changed the password and I have no clue what it is
SOOOOO, now is the time to tell everyone that I am closing down Angel Arms Senior Pet Refuge. I've been working on this for a couple months, so this just pushed the announcement earlier than anticipated.
I filed for dissolution of the Corporation 2 months ago. I received approval of dissolution of the non profit license from the Attorney General. I am just waiting on State LARA approval to dissolve the Corporation. I should receive that in about 2 weeks
With that being said: yes, I will be keeping the seniors and residents I currently have. Nothing has changed for them and I will still care for them and help them over the rainbow bridge when their time comes.
The difference will be that I can no longer pull from shelters and I won't be taking any more animals in. No more donations can be made to Angel Arms and written off as a tax deduction.
Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us through the years. It's truly been an experience that I wouldn't change for the world.
