Our weekend grooming availability has been updated for the Spring and Summer!

Both Aaron and I (Krystyne) are available every other Saturday starting this Saturday! As Aaron continues his education, he now has Full Grooming spots open. Limited spaces available. Today is the last day to take advantage of prepaid packages (see previous post regarding prices... scroll a little bit).

We're small and we intend to keep it that way. We can provide a more unique and homey experience if we focus on revitalizing what we have instead of trying to expand. Quality over quanity. But as a small business that struggles during slower seasons, it's a challenge to keep the doors open some months and we are so thankful for your support. We try hard to give back to our community, keep our services affordable instead of raising rates.... and provide you with deals/packages/contests to help you save money so you can take that trip or tend to important business knowing your pets are being lovingly cared for. We know that many, like us, are struggling financially due to rising costs and we're always looking for ways we can help each other.

Obviously, we rely on your word of mouth, shared posts, positive reviews and more. Those are quick and easy ways to help us succeed. But another way we can help each other, is through exchange. Exchange of goods and services is an excellent way to support each other! We'll consider nearly every exchange that benefits us both 💕

Right now; We're looking for help with spring yard work, tree/brush trimming, painting and some cleaning. We're also in need of a large roll of sheet vinyl flooring (long shot, but worth a try lol).

Also: If you make handmade pet goods that our clients would love, we'd be honored to form a partnership with you! We have limited space but as more locals are interested, we'll phase out some of our 3rd party retail products.

We've officially named and filed for our subsidiary non-profit status. HART (Housing for Animals during Recovery & Transition) will allow us to offer temporary housing for animals in transition as their owners seek emergent mental/medical health care, addiction treatment or are leaving domestic abuse situations. Fear of losing your pet should never be the barrier that prevents you from getting the help you need. At this time, while we wait for tax filing approval, you can make contributions through Soapy Puppy. This program is available only through case worker referral and on a case-to-case basis.

Currently, although he's not an official HART intake, we've been caring for Radar since February 20th (he even spent his birthday with us!). His owner had heart surgery, then complications resulting in the need for an additional surgery and longer recovery time. Since HART is in the early stages of development, we haven't begun fundraising or seeking grants. If you'd like to contribute to Radar's care to help offset his boarding costs, let us know 💕

Available on Sundays but as the weather gets warmer, more days/times will open. Come try our easy to use Bather Box and choose between 4 Bather Box products. $25 for a full hour. Towels, tearless face wash, dryer, brushes, de-shedding tools and nail trimmers available for use. Clean-up included.

You can also buy one of our high quality professional natural shampoos in a large variety of selections, specifically designed for your pup's coat and skin needs. These can be used at your Self Wash appt or at home (or in the lake!). 32oz take home bottles are $10 for the first fill. Bring your bottle back for $5 refills. Now available to bring home: 3.5oz $5 foaming tearless face wash bottles with $2.50 refills!

Good morning!

As spring and summer approach, we'll be making some fun modifications to our back kennel area and play yards. We're also going to clean up our software a bit, modify our agreements and start using our software's built in social media platform. We know the decision to board can be hard sometimes. We're here to make that easier for you. We're going to try our best to start using the daily report cards (including photos and video) for guests as well. We're a pretty busy crew so be patient with us as we try to offer more for our guests. We strive to be a fun, unique, affordable and positive experience for both our guests and their humans.

The spaces are listed below. The entire grooming room is available for small dogs only and is perfect for older dogs or dogs with medical issues. The grooming room includes a daybed, stairs to the bed and other added comforts. The 5'x5' spaces in the front room include elevated beds. Every enclosure has private access to their own outdoor enclosure.... then access to 3 large play yards!

Added dogs in any shared space are $20 for a limited time, then we'll be back to our base rate of $25. Book now to secure that discount!
