Happy and Velvet are this week’s Pets of the Week, and both are ready to bring love into your life 💙🖤

Happy is a two-year-old bundle of joy whose name truly fits him. He loves puddles, his favorite pig toy, and showing off his parkour skills. He’s working on his manners, could live with another dog after a proper intro, and will have his cherry eye surgery fully covered by us.

Velvet is a beautiful four-year-old who’s been patiently waiting since 2022 for her forever home. She’s a little shy at first, but once she trusts you, her gentle and loving side shines through. She enjoys treats, pipe cleaners, and a calm home—ideally with another laid-back cat.

🚨 Washer Woes at the Shelter! 🚨
One of our kennel kitchen washing machines has called it quits, and with the mountains of laundry we do each day for our cats and dogs, we desperately need a replacement.

If you have a working washing machine you’re willing to donate, please call 904-321-1647.
A machine without an agitator is preferred (we wash some very large loads!), but we’ll gratefully accept any working washer.

Every spin cycle helps keep our animals comfy, clean, and cared for. 🐾💙ome

It’s Clear the Shelters month, and these two golden-hearted seniors are ready to meet their match!

Duke is a 10-year-old gentle soul who’s sweet, silly, and full of love. He’s dog-friendly, adores people, and his adoption fee is fully sponsored by one of his favorite volunteers!

Cindy Clawford is our resident supermodel — a little sweet, a little spicy, and 100% charming. At 8 years old, she’s mastered the art of attention and will happily soak up all the love you have to give.

Both are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and ready to go home. Let’s make sure they spend their golden years in a loving home, not a shelter. Come meet Duke and Cindy today!
