Helene blew a tree on top of our home which we got off the next day. Lord willing we'll only have branches to clean up again from Milton. We are blessed not to have a direct hit from either one. Milton is supposed to pass south of us which means we'll get tropical force winds instead of hurricane winds. Stay safe out there everyone!

A tree came down on our home during the hurricane last night. It really rocked the house! We were blessed however as it didn't appear to do any damage to the roof. However, we recently had a roof leak in a valley causing mold so we are waiting to get all that fixed, hopefully soon. The tree is already bucked up and off the roof so it was a busy day on top of other farm chores.
