We know this is not a necessity, but it feels like a necessity when Sid has to do fluids on sick kitties by herself.

This was recommended to us by our vet clinic and we have seen it used and it truly helps create such a calm environment for the cats that need it for vaccines/fluids, tube-feeding, etc.

UPDATE: Mr. Beaumont saw our vet yesterday and is eating/seems to be feeling better. We are keeping a close eye on him and checking temperature daily until he is in the clear.

Please send positive vibes our way for Mr. Beaumont.

He is one of our Sanctuary Feline Leukemia kitties.

He is running a temp, and not wanting to eat. We are working with our vet to provide him fluids, appetite stimulant, etc. 🙏

The meaning of Fostering: The day you get adopted will be the best day. I will do the happiest of dances. I will be your loudest cheerleader. I, for my own selfish reasons, would love to keep you, but your needs don't match my home. You deserve to get the whole house to run and play, to live with zero anxiety. You deserve to be someone's everything. To get a lot more attention that I can give with my time spread thin. I must always keep room so I can help others. It will, of course, break my heart when you get adopted, but not in a bad way. In the way that I will forever have a bond with you. I love every single animal that comes into our care, but seeing them get adopted is one of the more rewarding experiences. ❤️ That is the happy ending ❤️ "How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard?"
