I'm really excited about these 2 retreats at Bridlewood Equestrian Center in Copperopolis! We'll work on some basic body control exercises and learn how to assess our equine partner's performance. Attendance is limited to ensure riders get much personal attention, so sign up ASAP! There are 2 and 3-bedroom condos in Angels Camp and some beautiful Air BNBs on Lake Tulloch to share. RV hookups onsite are also available. We'll meet for dinner each night for Q&A sessions. The last day will be a private session for each rider to make sure your concerns have been addressed. Bridlewood Equestrian Center is a beautiful facility with a large covered arena that can be fully enclosed in case of bad weather, and 14 very spacious stalls are attached to the arena. Come ride with us!

I'd love to put on a Fall USAWE show series. Check out the dates below and let me know if you are interested in participating. We need riders, officials, volunteers, and sponsors to make it happen!

I'm also interested in doing a 4-day horsemanship clinic where we can explore my "11 Not So Easy Pieces" of body control exercises and their application to the Working Equitation obstacles. Let me know what you'd like to do and what dates you are available and we'll finalize some dates!

We had another fun weekend at Bridlewood Equestrian Center with the Summer Fun Working Equitation show series! Thank you Rebecca Algar from Florida for judging. Your supportive, kind words were much appreciated! Thank you Debbie Debra Rosse from Nevada for scribing. It's so nice to actually be able to read the comments on tests! Thank you Kim Shinn and Emma for coming down from Idaho to be our TD and scorer/runner extraordinaire! Thank you Andrea Sullivan for the hard work you put into the show making the exhibitor bags, new Start and Finish markers, printing tests, maps, schedules, stall charts... I don't ever want to put on a show without you again! Also, your sponsorship again, made this show possible. You are amazing! Thank you to Gary Panighetti for all your help keeping the arena and obstacles organized. We couldn't do this without you! Thank you to Barb Crawford for picking up our judge from the airport, the day before your surgery! Thank you to Rachelle Smith for returning our judge to the airport and helping set obstacles all day! Thank you to Dorey Clayton and Tracy Mcelroy for working the gate! Thank you to JB and Hayley Kushar for helping all weekend and especially for loading all the heavy obstacles! Thank you to Jill Fry for coming from Nevada to play music for us, take pictures, and keep us all laughing! Thank you to Michael Carson for hosting us at the fabulous Bridlewood Equestrian Center . Every time we come back you have put in more work and made more changes to make our shows so much fun! Andrea is already on it for popcorn at our next movie night! And thank you to our riders who support the show by showing up and entering and letting us witness the path to their dreams! You all feel like family to me now. I know I am forgetting some very important people who helped make this show successful. It really does take a village and I thank you all very much!

Don't forget, this is a 6 show series with 2 buckles to be awarded to the Champion and Reserve Champion High Point riders. The last 2 shows will be at Jill Fry's Broken Bit Ranch in Wellington, NV July 26-28, 2024. And we will have cows!!!! Send your entries in soon!

This will be a fun clinic! We'll work the dressage tests and apply those skills to the obstacles. Participation is limited so riders can ride twice each day. I'm looking into another USAWE show series here at Bridlewood Equestrian Center for the Fall!

Don't hesitate to enter. We must have at least 25 riders entered before April 1 to hold the shows. There are 13 beautiful 20x20 box stalls attached to the indoor arena and 9 outdoor stalls. Haul ins are welcome. There are 7 RV/LQ hookups. First come, first served. Dry camping is available. Lots of hotels and restaurants in Angels Camp, 20 minutes away.

Our WE family is awesome! People are chomping at the bit to enter so....

The Show Premium and Entry Form are still awaiting some finishing details (stall and haul-in pricing, vets, farrier, etc.). These items are highlighted in yellow and will be updated as soon as possible. Our show licenses are also still pending as I just applied for them late last night. Judges and facilities are secured. I am opening entries now, just know that the stall and haul-in prices are not finalized and will be updated soon.

**There is a $150 discount offered to those who enter and pay for all 6 shows before April 1. This helps me pay the upfront costs for putting on these 6 shows. Sponsors... we really need you!
