Board Elections are here!! Please consider getting involved by volunteering to be on the board! Please also talk to people before nominating them. If anyone would like to take on the secretary position I will gladly step out!!

All Scholarship applications are due by November 15th. Please get the application off the website (www.grassrootcutters.com) and fill them out. You can email the form back to [email protected].

Our next show is October 19-20th at Canyon Rim Equine in Filer. We will have a special award there in our Never Won A Buckle Class. There will be a cutting buckle awarded on Saturday and a cow horse buckle awarded on Sunday. On Saturday it will run after the 5000 Novice, Sunday after the Non Pro Ranch.

Please do not send an email or text saying that you want to enter the same thing you have been entered in. Please send the copied information from your previous email or text with the information. Also these first shows of the year any new horses not shown in GRC please email horse registration papers.

If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions on something with a plan of action or implementation please talk to any board member. Just some reminders of the rules, everyone who rides in the arena needs to be a current member of the Grassroot Cutters, you can find membership forms on the website. Riding double is prohibited on show grounds.

Please if possible have your membership form filled out and present to Cathy if you are paying at the show. Forms are also available on the website.

For our show:
Set Up is Friday April 12 starting 4pm. It takes many hands to make light work for everyone. Everyone enjoys having the opportunity to show but it takes a lot of work to get it set up and running smoothly so you have a place to show. Please make it a point to help!! The more people, the faster and easier it is on everyone!
Please keep your area around your trailer cleaned and free of manure. Do not empty shavings in the parking lot. If everyone works together during the day, then there is no work after the show.
