Flatwoods Farm Multi-generational family owned farm, specializing in grass fed beef and pasture raised pork. They are all raised and processed on our farm.

We pride ourselves on farm fresh, free range, pasture raised eggs with a delectable orange yolk full of flavor. We also produce whole roaster chickens as well as boneless, skinless breasts. Our chickens taste better than any roaster bought in the store!

Hey friends!!! Want to let everyone know what’s going on around the farm before ae get busy with spring calving in 3-4 weeks. We have a 1/4 of a cow that was USDA processed and up for grabs. We can sell the burger and steaks in any amount. We also have 3 whole beef going to be butchered April 2nd that are available for custom processing in amount from 1/4 to a whole beef. Please don’t wait to long on either of these opportunities as we have a lot of people interested. If you would like to secure your spot all we need is a deposit to hold your spot.

Good news here on the farm. We have gotten some much needed rain however we still need lots more.
Just wanted to update everyone about the upcoming beef sales for this fall. We will be have 1 steer processed at a local USDA processor mid November. It is available for preordering. Our plan it sell it in a variety of ground beef and steak packages. We also have 2 steers scheduled for mid December to at we will be selling in shares ranging from 1/4 to a whole. If you are interested in any of these options reach out to Jennifer or me and we can talk more about it and give you the specific dates and pricing.

Flatwoods beef update. Unfortunately we have sold out of the beef for the spring. But there is good news. We will have 2-3 more in the fall (late October-mid November). We will also be doing some of that USDA for those customers that would prefer to purchase smaller quantities or select cuts.
Flatwoods pork update. I was able to find a last minute USDA processor so we will be selling pork cuts starting mid March.

Buying beef and pork in bulk is cheaper than buying individual packages at you local big chain grocery stores. We still have 2 whole pigs (300lbs each) and 1 whole beef (1000lbs) up for sale. The pigs are pasture raised and grain supplemented, the beef is is antibiotic/steroid free and grass fed no grain. You choose how you want it cut and packaged to best suit your family’s needs and how you use it best. Get it now before we sell out. Both are being butchered in March. Contact us with any questions about pricing or the process in general.
