Today is National Brown Dog Day!

Luca is celebrating the day made just for him. If you are looking for a young energetic, playful dog Luca could be the one for you. It’s National Peanut Butter Day!

Peanut butter has long been a treat for our canine friends especially here at the rescue. Whether it is served up on a plate or spoon, in a Kong toy or on a treat, or right out of the jar all of our dogs love their peanut butter. See how much fun they had enjoying today’s treat!

On this special day think about and try to answer the questions your cats seem to be asking you every day. Listen to each meow and try to understand just what that cat is getting at.

At Teddy’s we know the ultimate question the cats here are asking – When will I find my forever home? These photos show what they thinking each day as they prepare for their forever family to come to Teddy’s to find them.

Meet Piper!

Piper is a beautiful, sweet 7-month-old kitten looking for her forever family. She would love to spend her days chasing with string toys, staying close by and watching her humans and cuddling up next to them for pets. Piper has lived with children and dogs.

If you would like to make this girl part of your family, stop by to meet her. She will be available to been seen beginning Tuesday, Jan. 21.

It’s National Australian Shepherd Day!

National Australian Shepherd Day is the perfect time to adopt a new pal like Re*****on or Rocky! They are both great dogs waiting at Teddy’s for their forever family to find them.

Let’s all celebrate National Australian Shepherd Day by spending some extra time with our furry friends doing things they love to do like walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles.

If you have an interest in meeting either Re*****on or Rocky, please stop out. They will be so excited to see you!

Meet Rocky!

Rocky is a delightful 3-year-old Australian Shepherd. His sweet face and big heart will charm anyone he meets. Rocky loves meeting new people and will quickly become your best friend. He loves taking walks around the neighborhood and going on car rides. Rocky is not a fan of cats.

If you think Rocky would be a good fit for your family, stop in and meet him soon.

Meet Freya!

Freya is a lovable Shepherd/Husky mix pup. She is 10 months old and full of energy! She is very curious and playful. When she isn’t running around the backyard, she can usually be found snuggled up with her favorite human. Freya enjoys going for walks and does well when using her harness.

If you are looking for a dog like Freya, stop in an meet her.
