1 thing to consider when buying your building with an attached porch is that whether you get the porch on the side or the end, your building size will be calculated with the porch. We offer 4' and 5' deep porches depending on the model!

For instance this 2 Story Rochester has an attached 5' front porch, so while the entire floor plan may be 17'x30', the actual inside will be about 12'x30'.

Just something to consider when deciding what the perfect tiny home size is for you!+

A dream turns into a reality!

While tending to his poultry, rabbits, and goats in high school Jordan began to notice a need for a feed and supply store that had a different approach to the way that a customer received their products. After talking with a couple different FFA Advisors, a paper napkin business plan was originated for Findlay’s next small business, Affordable Pet Feeds. Jordan believed that if he a great product, great customer service, and delivered his product to his customers that he could have a sustainable income and a way to support his family.

Affordable Pet Feeds was a delivery only business while Jordan was in high school and in college. During that time he worked with customers throughout Northwest, OH as well as Southeast Michigan. Working as close to his customers as he did, Jordan was able to learn a lot of skills and knowledge about the animals he was selling feed for.
