FYP attended United Way of Hancock County Restaurant Tour Thursday evening. We reserved for 20 tickets and completed the tour as a group. The night was full of tasty food from our local businesses. New friends were made, and we gained a few new members.

🐾🐶Tricks, Treats & Tails 2024 was a howling success! A huge congrats to our 3 winners: Clark, who took home the grand prize for the best costume. Melly, in 2nd place as the best puppy and Muffin in 3rd place!🏆

A big thank you to the Humane Society and SPCA of Hancock County for letting us participate once again. We hope to see you all next year for more pawsome fun!

We are especially proud of Hancock County's own Cathi Kisseberth from Hancock Federal Credit Union, who brings her expertise to our Chamber Advisory Board; Emily Wolfe, a dedicated participant in our Women's Mentoring Connections panel; and Kaleb Brown from United Way of Hancock County, a valued board member of Findlay Young Professionals!

Tonight FYP members joined the Chamber of Commerce and others in meeting seven young professionals from Fukui prefecture, Japan. Hosted by the University of Findlay and the City of Findlay, they are here for intercultural training (Fukui Findlay International Business Seminar).

Volunteer Opportunity for this year’s Oktoberfest - Sept. 28!

Seeking volunteers to help collect admission, check IDs, sell drink tickets, or pour beverages. Each volunteer opportunity is a three-hour shift. Volunteers receive instruction, an official Oktoberfest t-shirt and free admission into the event. To guarantee a t-shirt, it is encouraged to sign up by Tuesday, Sept. 17.
