Snicker likes people. Cats are ok, so are other dogs, but it's the human touch he craves. He's a handsome Red Heeler, but unlike many of that breed, Snicker has a more calm, laid back personality instead of typical over-the-top activity level. He is quite a cuddlebug and will nudge your hand for petting to continue. He'd love to romp in the snow with you. Meet Dutchess!
If you are looking for a sweet and friendly dog who loves being with her people, then three-year-old Dutchess is the dog for you. She loves her walks, going for car rides and playing with her toys. We’ve had her around some other dogs, and she seems to be good with them and acted like she wanted to play.

Dutchess’ owners probably should never have gotten a dog. They never gave her much training or exercise and her skin and fur were obviously neglected. They had no idea how to care for any dog, let alone a young German Shepherd, and told us they were going to have her euthanized. We knew we had to help her!

The good news is, now that she has been getting proper medical care and good quality food, her fur looks great. She does need her obedience training worked on and due to lack of socialization and exposure in her original home she can be a little unsure at times. We would like to find her a family/home that will take her on lots of adventures to gradually build up her confidence.

Dutchess is a special girl. We can promise you if you meet her you will fall in love with her.

*FOSTER NEEDED*
Unfortunately, after being surrendered to us in October 2023 and spending just over a year with us, we have seen our once happy boy start to become depressed in the kennel. When he first came to us, Felix would never turn down treats, toys or outside time of any sort. In the recent months we have definitely seen some of that spark disappear and our loveable boy's personality shift. He is not as excited to go outside and absolutely HATES being put back in his kennel to the extent he has begun pancaking himself to the floor as soon as he realizes that is where he is going.
At this time we are looking for a foster home that will help bring Felix's s***k back! Felix is a very hefty boy and a typically very energetic pup who does need some work on his manners, as well. He is the BIGGEST fan of stuffed toys even if they do not last very long once he has a hold of them.
Felix will have to go into an animal-free foster home but definitely makes up for it with all the love he has to give! He has done well with human friends of all ages and is an expert at giving hugs and kisses. Felix rides well in the car and also love going on adventures to the park!

Sprinkles is the last of Sandy’s babies to get an app…she’s not sure why nobody wants to meet her. How can anyone resist this sweet face. She is definitely the most shy one from the bunch and would greatly benefit from a home with a fur sibling and/or an active family that can provide socialization. She is 3 mos old (born 9/10) and will be spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines and preventatives at adoption. Currently in foster in West Deptford NJ.

Sheldon is a Kentucky native who thinks all this fluffy white stuff is kinda interesting and a blast to play in! He even loves his special jammies and all the TLC he's had so far as a Happy Bark foster dog. However, he's ready now for a forever home, so grab an application for this amazingly smart, emotionally intelligent lover boy.
