🐾 Welcome Home Wednesday: Alfie’s Chapter Begins 🐾

From shelter life to head-butting wake-up calls — Alfie (formerly Aesop) is making sure his forever home knows who's boss… especially when it comes to breakfast. 😼💥

His adopter, Molly, shared that this sweet, snuggly boy settled in immediately — hopping into laps, shadowing her every step, and demanding love (and meals) on his terms. While Alfie’s had a bit of a rough start with a case of pneumonia, the vet says he’s strong and on the road to a smooth recovery. 💪❤️

We’re so grateful to Molly for giving this little lovebug the care and companionship he deserves. The cuddles, sass, and sleepy-eyed selfies? They're just the beginning. 🐾

We would like to welcome in the first 23 cats from Biscuit Factory!! They are a great group - with Turbo and Caroline (bonded pair) returning again to try and find their forever home. I reminded Turbo last night that he will need to stay out of the rafters if he wants people to see what a wonderful cat he is!! New residents are on their way!

Today we will be settling 24 of our 1 year old and older cats into Smitten Kitten Cat Café! Being a foster based rescue, this is our adult cats time to shine and display their purrsonalities to visitors who book time into the cat lounge. If you are considering adopting an older kitten (12-24mo) or cat, book some time at the cafe to get a yummy drink, a snack and some cuddle time!

Once this group is established there will be some cats that are 4 months old and older.

I'm Midnight. I’m a cute black kitty with green eyes. Me and my Shadow, my brother, were surrendered to the shelter when our family could no longer care for us. We thought we had found our furever home but it wasn’t meant to be. That just means that our purrfect family is still waiting for us. I would like to be adopted with Shadow, my brother if possible.
