Self-care is important for everyone, but it is equally important to all of our staff. Working in the veterinary world can be difficult. Mental health is a complex topic. On any given day, any one of us may be experiencing challenges, either personally or with those close to us. This is often true even when we seem as if we are fine. That’s why it is important that we take time to look out for ourselves, each other, and make use of the resources available. Ashley and Krystal are taking a few minutes to breath and chat with each other before getting back to appointments.
