💛 Gotcha Days hit different. 💛

We’ve celebrated so many adoptions this past week, and every single one has reminded us why we do this. One of our fosters (okay fine… it was me 😭) may have teared up driving home after watching a family meet their new best friend — that moment when a dog flops right down like he’s always belonged, or a cat starts purring in their arms while the whole family beams with excitement. 🐶🐱✨

All the effort.
All the heartache.
All the long nights and difficult goodbyes.

/✨ From Porch to Forever — Freya’s Story ✨

This summer, sweet mama Freya showed up on a kind woman’s porch with seven newborn babies in tow. She kept relocating them to a hollow tree trunk, trying to keep her little family safe. So the amazing porch-host set up a cozy pen, gathered the babies into it, and kept Freya stocked with food to help her nourish her crew. 💛

When the kittens were about 4 weeks old, ARPO stepped in, and all eight came into foster care — where they’ve truly blossomed. Today, 6 of her 7 babies have found forever homes, and it’s time for Freya and her daughter Flora to find theirs too!

This loving mama has done her job and is now ready to be spoiled herself — and her gentle girl Flora is her perfect sidekick. They’d love to stay together and finally settle into the safe, cozy life they deserve.

🐾🖤 Meet Baldwin — the tuxedo boy with the heart-shaped nose and cutest little freckle! 💖😻

Baldwin is a 4-month-old male kitten who was born in a crawlspace with his four siblings until a kind man rescued the whole tiny family. Since then, all of his brothers & sisters have found their forever homes… and sweet Baldwin is still waiting, wondering why his hasn’t come yet. 🥺💔

This handsome boy is easy to spot with the adorable heart on his nose and tiny freckle — just as unique as his loving personality! Baldwin is a total lovebug who lives for attention and cuddles. He’s wonderfully polite, great with kids, dogs, and other cats, and happiest when snuggled up close with his humans. 💕

Playtime is fun, but cuddling is definitely his top priority. And when he settles in, he becomes a MASTER-LEVEL biscuit maker, kneading with skill and enthusiasm. 🥐🐾

Teddy was rescued from the brink when he was found as a stray in Georgia, heartworm positive and scheduled for euthanasia. He’s now healthy, thriving, and ready for the forever family he deserves. 🐕‍🦺💙

Teddy is the definition of a perfect companion — equally happy cuddling by the fireplace or popping up for a quick game of fetch. He’s a total homebody who thrives on being with his people and part of the daily fun. 🏡💛

This 1-year-old handsome boy traded his outdoor adventures for the cozy comfort of a foster home, and he’s loving every moment indoors! 😻 CJ is full of energy—chasing balls, springs, string toys, and even his kitty friends. When the fun winds down, he enjoys lounging in the window or curling up in his foster mom’s lap. He’s also happy just hanging nearby, always keeping his person company. 💛

CJ loves other cats, enjoys being picked up and carried, but prefers no touching of his feet or tail. He’s also great with older kids!

At just 1 year old, this sweet retired mama has officially clocked out of mom duty after raising SEVEN kittens (supermom status unlocked! 💪🐱). She happily traded outdoor survival and kitten chaos for the cozy indoor life—and she’s loving every minute of it!

Freya spends her days sunbathing ☀️, chasing catnip toys 🧸, following her foster mom from room to room, playing with her kittens, and begging for pets. She adores being close to her people, soaking up all the affection she can get, and will roll right over for belly rubs and attention. 😻
