On Monday, Mom and I, unfortunately, became a crisis response therapy team. We accepted the request to assist, if even in a small way, and bring comfort to those affected by the tragic event here in Madison.

Last night I attended a vigil, with several of my Dogs On Call, Inc. friends, to give comfort to those in attendance. Hopefully this is the first step to helping our Community begin the healing process.

Did a Therapy Visit at Gilda's Club Madison, with 4 other Therapy Teams. It was a rewarding and fun visit for all of us.

Went to Appleberry Farm last weekend to people watch. This is me and G-ma. Mom loves their apple cider. I think we'll be going again real soon, since she's almost out.

I love dining out at restaurants. Here I am at Quivey's Grove . It's a super awesome and nice place. I really appreciate businesses that are dog friendly.

Outdoor dining season is officially open and I'm sooo happy. My first outing this season was at Luigi's Pizza . I wonder where we'll go next.

Nurses Week 2024 has come to an end. During the week I visited 4 of the days, covering several different shifts at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison . Our visits included up to 17 different units. Thanks to all my Nurse friends for all their hard work.

Me and Mom are again walking in the Puppyup Walk on May 5. Sadly, this year we are walking in Memory of Ronan, our neighbor. Ronan lost his 3 year battle against Cancer on April 19. He put up a long and good fight. We will miss him.

Here's a picture of me and Mom participating in a Read Across America event on March 12. We went to Prairie Elementary School, in the only Waunakee in the World. We visited with 125 students, in 4 classrooms, that were first, third and fourth grades. Mom read a book to each classroom (What Pet Should I Get? by Dr. Seuss), answered questions about me, and then the kids got to pet me. It was a fun afternoon.

Went to college and made lots of new friends. Did a dorm visit at Chadbourne Residence Hall on the UW Madison campus and met about 100 students.

Tuesday was the Pre Valentine's Day Ice Cream Social for SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison Staff 🍨🍧🍨🍧🍨
The event was hosted by Hospital Volunteers. I attended to spread some pre Valentine's Day Darby Love. I can confirm the Ice Cream was excellent 😋

Me after a recent SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison therapy visit. Lots of walking is always involved and can be tiring, but it's always worth it. I love visiting staff and patients.

Darby turned 5 yesterday (8/24). Here's a highlight reel of his first 5 years, starting at day 1.

Went to Picnic Point and got to see my first large body of water, Lake Mendota. Mom said I was very brave. Did you see the water actually touched my paw and I didn't run away....I was very brave, wasn't I.
