The corporation’s specific purpose is the rescue of unwanted, healthy, highly adoptable dogs, cats, and livestock from shelters/pounds to prevent euthanasia of these animals. The animals will receive medical care as needed to prepare them for rescue to rescue transfer enabling them to have a higher chance of adoption. The corporation will also focus on efforts to educate and assist the public on t

he importance of spaying and neutering animals to prevent the overpopulation of animals amongst the southern states.

LBS RSQ Foundation was founded on the heartache of the founder’s three beloved dogs who vanished in Oklahoma. In the search of her 3 dogs, she had stepped foot into many shelters across Oklahoma and noticed a need. That need was to save dogs and cats on “death row”. There are many deserving animals across Oklahoma who are on a limited time frame until either their owners show up for them, a new family adopts or a rescue steps in and saves. LBS RSQ Foundation is committed to saving adoptable dogs and cats and transferring them to highly reputable rescues in or out of state for their second chance at life with a new forever family.
