Meet Sadie, a playful and affectionate dog who is looking for her fur-ever home! With a loving heart and a spirit full of energy, Sadie is a wonderful companion who brings joy to everyone she meets. Her striking amber eyes are not only beautiful but also tell a story of loyalty and intelligence.
Sadie is a Pitbull mix dog, best suited for a family or individual who can provide her with a loving environment and plenty of space to run and play. A big backyard is a must for Sadie, as she loves to stretch her legs and explore the great outdoors. Whether it’s racing around, playing fetch, or just lounging in the sun, Sadie thrives in an active setting.
This clever girl is not just a pretty face; she is also quite smart! Sadie has been trained in several commands, including “sit,” “stay,” and “come.” Her eagerness to learn makes her a wonderful candidate for continued training and bonding exercises. She enjoys mental stimulation and is always up for a challenge, whether it’s a new trick or interactive toys that keep her engaged. Note: Sadie is very food motivated.
Sadie has a friendly disposition and gets along well with older children, making her a good companion for families. When getting her leash ready, she will tend to jump in circles, letting you know she is ready for a good walk. Her semi-gentle nature and loving attitude make her a special member of any household. She loves to snuggle up on the couch after an exciting day of adventures and is always ready for a good belly rub.
Sadie has had a wonderful, loving home, but due to unfortunate circumstances, she is now in search of a new one where she can continue to thrive and be loved. Meet Dallas! He is 1 year old, fixed, and a husky mix. The community member did not give us his vet records or immunization status. He is a very sweet and loving dog. He loves to hoard little toys and play with them gently. He pulls a little bit on walks, but he's fairly light, so it isn't a huge tug. He hasn't caused any damage or anything to our home, he is just a very curious and young dog. He needs work on manners, but he is very sweet and playful.
We're looking to find someone who can give him a lot of free roam time, walks, and/or a home with a backyard to run around in. He has a kennel that came with him as well as food and water dishes, a harness, and a leash.

Their mom 💔 gave everything for her babies, nursing them until her last breath after being hit by a car. Now, these six precious lives 🍼 need us more than ever.

At just 3 weeks old, they’re too young to stay at the shelter, and we don’t have overnight staff to feed them. We have a nursing mom onsite and are hopeful she might accept them 🤞, but if not, we urgently need a foster TODAY to care for all six puppies! 🏡

Look no further—Indigo is the perfect dog! Indigo is sweet, endearing, and incredibly gentle. She is a 46-pound, 1-year, and 4-month-old cattle dog heeler mix.

Indigo is potty-trained, leash-trained, and mostly off-leash trail-trained. She is also able to hang out indoors with no issues. She knows her name, rides well in the car, gets along great with other dogs, and does wonderfully when meeting children. Additionally, she is spayed and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. She comes with one year of pet insurance coverage that I purchased for her and is transferable to her forever homeowner. This lovely girl is non-aggressive and non-reactive, having only barked ONCE in the two months since she left the shelter.

Indigo is an active pup and requires an energetic lifestyle to thrive. She is not suited for apartment living and needs daily exercise beyond short leash walks. She loves to hike and play with other dogs regularly. As an excellent trail dog, she will make the best adventure companion. She is young, athletic, agile, intelligent, and stinkin’ cute! She would love a dog sibling to live with but would also be okay as the only dog in a home.

Here’s her backstory: Indigo was scheduled to be euthanized due to overcrowding at the Pima Animal Care Center. She was part of a group of 39 dogs abandoned due to a terrible backyard breeding and hoarding situation. I, along with two other fosters, stepped in to rescue her before her euthanasia deadline. None of us can keep her long-term, but I believed that, with some training, she would become an excellent dog—and I was right! After two months of decompressing and training, she is now ready for her forever home.

If interested in meeting Indigo, please call/text Jennifer at 415-378-4689. Adopters will be screened to ensure the best fit for Indigo, and we kindly request a $150 donation to High Country Humane. Whoever adopts her will be incredibly lucky!

She is just a bit too young to stay at the shelter and is lonely here. She needs a foster to help her grow and learn! Puppies are used to growing up with other pups in a litter and significantly benefit from another PLAYFUL and social dog in the home to play, sleep and socialize with.
