• There are more than 30 types of canine lymphoma that vary in behavior and aggressiveness

Let’s talk about Leptospirosis! This disease is becoming more prevalent in the Metro-Detroit area - so PLEASE ensure your pups are current on the Leptospirosis vaccine EVERY YEAR & stay away from bodies of water/wildlife! 🐀 🦝

‼️AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) has updated their “core” vaccination guidelines to include Leptospirosis for EVERY dog regardless of breed‼️

There’s no “season” for heartworms! Here in Michigan, our weather can change drastically from day-to-day. It is recommended by the American Heartworm Society to keep your pet on year-round heartworm prevention for life! Do what works best for you to remember each month such as setting reminders on your phone or calendar every 30 days, or opt to protect your pup with the annual heartworm prevention injection (ProHeart) with their yearly veterinary visit!
