Are you waiting for a confirmation for your boarding request?
Please take the following into consideration:
- Boarding confirmations are sent out by e-mail so please check your email (rather than voicemail or text messages). If you do not see an email in your inbox please check your spam folder as it may have gone into spam by mistake depending on your spam filter settings. We have heard of confirmation emails going into the spam folder even if you have received confirmations from us in the past or sent and recieved emails from us in the past.
- Please make sure your email is correctly typed into the form as this is the email your confirmation, or any questions or concerns about your boarding request will be directed to.
- Please take note boarding conformations are not send out automatically once the form is submitted. An actual person reviews each form, checks for availability, schedules your pet's appointment, as well as gets back to you with any questions or concerns (if any). If there is a grooming request the groomer is consulted to ensure that there is a grooming appointment available, consults regarding what the grooming request is and lets you know if the groomer has any questions regarding your desired grooming request, and asks the groomer for a price estimate to get back to you with. Then confirms your appointment.
