An announcement to all my CHVC clients. The floors are being redone in January. I will not be able to groom at the vet office the whole month. Please take note, I can still groom your dog at my house. You just have to drive farther. I'll keep you updated when we make that schedule. I just wanted to give you the heads up.

Just an announcement:

I have stopped talking any new clients at the moment, at my shop and at colonial heights vet clinic. My schedule is full throughout the end of the year. I have been working on getting all of my regular clients spots booked. I'm still in the process of updating the schedule. If you're one of my regular clients and need a spot, and you didn't prebook when you left on your last visit, please let me know so I can get you on the schedule.

If you are new, have a spot upcoming and you don't want to wait. Please let me know. The no call, no text, no shows have got to stop. All my regular clients know that I will work with anyone on scheduling if you miss. But you have got to let me know.

Right now I'm very busy, and farmers market starts in a couple of weeks, as well as beagle trials in the fall. So please be as courteous and thoughtful of my time as I am yours.

To all the clients of Fancy Feet Pet Grooming:

As of the end of the today, Monday, March 23, 2020, all groom shops had to close. We are considered non-essential. While I'm very sorry for the inconvenience in the decision, we all must do what's right at this time to stop the spread of CV19.

Please, please try to keep your pets brushed. Don't forget, mild winter = lots of ticks and fleas!! I'll be back open as soon as they let me. You're welcome to text me or message me if you have any questions. Stay safe my friends. God bless you.

New puppy yesterday. Layla Maynard. Her momma wanted her hair all cut off. She was actually pretty good for it considering it was her first haircut. Bless her heart, she has a black hair patch under her eye. It will always look dirty.

New rule at Fancy Feet. From now on, please make sure your pet is flea free before bringing it in. You will be rescheduled if not. Pretty sure the reason I'm sick is because I had to spray my whole floor last week because of an infested dog. I breathed in to much of the spray. Yes, I did have the door open and the shop was vented. I'm sorry if this inconveniences anyone. But I missed opening day for the farmers market and was to sick today to groom. I never miss or cancel.
