RappCats A special little cage-free, cat-only, absolutely no-kill shelter in Rappahannock County, VA. Our cats are in rooms w/windows & toys, & receive lots of LOVE!

We can adopt to any location, but we can only take in cats from Rappahannock County residents. RappCats is a nonprofit that rescues, cares for, and finds loving homes for stray, abandoned, injured, neglected, abused, and feral cats. www.RappCats.org 540-987-6050

Found near Ann Miller's office in Washington, VA. Spayed. Not chipped. If your able to provide what makes her unique and different from other Tuxedos that'll provide proof she's yours. She ran into a caretakers house when we were having very cold weather. She has an owner. Somewhere.
