She has generated many Champions including the Reserve Yorkshire and 4th Overall Purebred Barrow at the 2021 NJSA Winter National for Brayden Lancaster, KY.

Littermate barrow was driven to a class 2 win this week at the 2024 NJSA Winter National by Ellington Rozier.

CONGRATULATIONS to Audra Hart and big brother Lincoln for breeding and driving the Grand Champion Yorkshire Boar today. He is a son of a Strut daughter they purchased from me sight unseen and has generated like crazy. The barrow that found his way out of the "off pig pen" and beating many odds, to the center of the Wabash, Indiana county fairgrounds arena to cause a huge crowd to erupt in cheers and applause when selected the best of them all.

A goal set and earned by a 10-year 4-Her Dylan Ross and coached by a dedicated multi-generation Lagro, IN pig breeder Shane Vigar. Success stories such as these are what keep "making the best BETTER" continuing strong. Congratulations guys!

I was glad to buy-in on this exotic sire with Shane Vigar, the $13k purchase from Keplinger in the 2023 NSR draft sale. He offers a breeding hog presence and puts together bold upper body and back shape with big square limbs coming and going. His skull is right, and comes out of his neck with excellent look. His totals read generator. He will see elite sows here and at Shane's.

He is backed by an incredible dam which raised the Grand Champion Crossbred Gilt at the 2022 Ohio State Fair, shown by Evan Henry. She also produced the 5th Overall Division 3 barrow at the 2022 Ohio State Fair, plus the Grand and Reserve Overall at the competitive Clark County AND Reserve Grand Barrow at Clinton County. DEEP LITTER MAKER!

Did y'all know Shane has a Biology degree? A microscope and lab equipment is second nature to him even though his day job is a lumberjack. The boar is collecting great and settled into his new home at Lagro, IN.

He is priced at $200 all day everyday and a third dose for free whenever it’s available. When Shane started collecting boars his goal has been to settle sows to high quality boars.
