Just pulled 7 jars of Prune Ketchup from the canner. This is a recipe from my Mother-in-Law, Vivian Gardner. My hubbie loves it on roasted pork and scrambled eggs. Haven't made it in a couple of years. Smells so good when it is simmering.

Life has been interesting the last few months, Dick has been going through some health issues and we are still trying to get him to a good place. It was probably a good thing that we decided to quit doing markets every week. It was really taking a toll on him. We miss meeting all our wonderful customers and just wanted to let you all know that we still have product and we will make deliveries.
